Combining two traditional styles from the Islands of Portugal: Vinica, from fresh young wine, and Bagaceira, from pressed grape skins.
Destemmed grapes from select vineyards are processed immediately after pressing to capture delicate flavors. It is then aged in fine oak barrels, maturing the flavor.

Maracuja (Passion Fruit) grows in abundance in the Azores and is an integral part of the island’s cuisine, known as the fruit of tranquility
