The Taste of Real Ingredients

A unique Small Batch specialty liquor

We distill over flame, toss the heads and tails, and keep only the heart. The result? A go-to 33% ABV alcoholic drink that’s smooth, structured, and tastes like it’s straight out of another century.

This isn’t mass-produced. This is a high-end liqueur with natural fig depth, a touch of spice, and just enough heat at 66 proof.

Discover the Spirit of Portugal

Celebrating the portuguese community

We grew up with this—figs on the table, aguardente in the glass, and music in the background. Today, we carry that spirit into regional events. From festivals to tastings, sharing our aguardente is our way of keeping the culture alive—one bottle at a time.

From Portugal to California

Where Tradition Crossed the Ocean

Grapes, olives, and figs offer the most emblematic representation of Iberian culture and cuisine. Those were the first plants that immigrants and missionaries cultivated upon arrival to California.

Our goal, as a company, is to maintain old-world lost arts – big distillers can’t do what we do. This is our way of honoring those who crossed oceans to start something new.
